College teacher Jesse Ward returns home to bury his murdered brother Dante. While wrapping up his brother’s affairs, Jesse is assaulted by gang members who claim Dante owes a substantial amount of money. Consequently, Jesse inherits a debt and a host of criminals as he enters a world of illegal drugs, arms deals, gangsters, and underground pornography; all in an effort to solve his brother’s murder and save his own life.
